The Fairhope church of Christ, under the oversight of her elders, has God's will and glory in view. The emphasis is on scriptural worship, distinctive Biblical preaching (2 Tim 4:1-2), Christian love and support for one another, acapella singing, and evangelism. The Lord's church at Fairhope cannot fellowship false religions (Matt. 15:13, 2 Cor. 6:14-17, 2 John 9-11, Eph. 5:11). Instead, our desire is to help by encouraging them to abandon man made doctrines and return to simple New Testament worship alone. This is God's will (John 17:21), and His only pattern for true, Biblical unity. We strongly believe in the Gospel as the only power to attract the sinner to the cross. Jesus said, "And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto Me" (John 12:31). We exist only to love and to serve faithfully Jesus our King. It is our earnest prayer that you can be a part of the Lord's work here at the Fairhope church of Christ.
